These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Openflo website and mobile app (the "Platform"), operated to connect customers with sports turf vendors for booking playing time.

Using the Platform

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and making a booking.
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment through our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Turf vendors are independent businesses; Openflo facilitates discovery, booking, and payment but is not the operator of any turf listed on the Platform.

Payments

All payments on the Platform are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a booking, you agree to Razorpay's applicable terms for the payment method you use.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility for a booking are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Vendor Conduct

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their turf listings, availability, and the condition of their venue. Openflo will assist in resolving disputes but is not liable for a vendor's conduct at the venue itself.

Limitation of Liability

Openflo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including a vendor's cancellation of a confirmed slot, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
