What does Openflo actually cover?
Bookings, slot creation (single and bulk), venue setup, analytics, staff accounts, offers, referrals, QR check-ins, and a finance layer with wallet, transactions, bank accounts, and invoices.
How does billing work?
You pay a subscription for platform access, billed monthly or yearly, plus a percentage fee on each successful booking. Both figures are shown on the pricing cards above.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes. You can invite team members, and each one gets their own account with only the permissions you grant them.
Do my customers book through the same system?
Customers book through the Openflo mobile app. Those bookings land directly in your bookings desk, alongside walk-ins you enter yourself.
