Delete your Openflo account

For players using the Openflo app, and for venue owners using the Openflo Partner app.

Players (Openflo app)

Delete it in the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect straight away.

  1. Open the Openflo app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile, then Delete account.
  3. Confirm.

Upcoming bookings are not cancelled for you. Cancel them first if you want a refund.

Can't use the app?

Email us at support@openflo.in from the email address, or with the mobile number, on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your name, mobile number, email address, profile photo, date of birth, gender and address
  • Your preferred sports and notification settings
  • The devices registered for booking alerts, and any sign-in codes

What we keep, and why

  • Booking and payment records. The law requires us to keep these for accounting and tax purposes. They stay, but they no longer show your name or contact details, and the account appears as “Deleted User”.

Venue owners (Openflo Partner app)

Delete it in the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect straight away.

  1. Open the Openflo Partner app and sign in as the owner.
  2. Go to More, then Settings, then Delete account.
  3. Enter your password and confirm.

You can delete once you have no upcoming bookings, nothing left in your wallet, no withdrawal in progress and no open dispute. The app tells you what is in the way. Staff accounts are created by the owner, so the owner removes them: deleting the owner account removes all of its staff sign-ins.

Can't use the app?

Email us at support@openflo.in from the email address registered on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days. The same conditions apply: we cannot delete an account that still has money in its wallet or upcoming bookings.

What is deleted

  • Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
  • Your business details and any documents you uploaded
  • Your bank account details. Only the bank name, branch code and the last four digits remain on past payout records
  • Your staff members' names, contact details and sign-ins
  • Your notifications, and the device registered for alerts

What we keep, and why

  • Booking, payment, payout and invoice records. The law requires us to keep these for accounting and tax purposes. They no longer show your name or contact details.
  • Your customers' booking history. Your venues are hidden from the app straight away, but their names stay on past bookings so customers can still see where they played.

Your subscription

If you pay for a plan, it is cancelled as part of deleting your account, so you are not charged again. The period you already paid for is not refunded.
